Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Software Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and introduce prospects to our cutting-edge SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills, a proven ability to generate leads, and experience selling technical or software solutions to businesses of any size.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social channels, and virtual meetings
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
Deliver compelling product overviews and guide prospects through the sales pipeline
Present platform features, benefits, and ROI to executives and operational teams
Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including contacts, opportunities, and deal stages
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversions
Manage a consistent pipeline while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients and support their onboarding process
Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product development
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, software sales, or B2B outbound prospecting
Ability to explain technical products in simple, value-driven language
Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
Comfortable running demos, managing objections, and closing deals
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to healthcare, real estate, hospitality, or operations teams
Background in 1099/commission-driven roles
Understanding of SaaS subscription models and B2B sales cycles
