Artificial Intelligence: Perform Chat BOT Testing, Validate UI functional chat Algorithms.
Perform Microservices/Backend Testing (Chat Recognition): For M-Claims and Find Care Live agent Bot using Natural Lang understanding and Natural Lang generation (NLU/NLG).
Execute API Integration testing; Validate Chat logs based on Input Intent; Intent mapping (Action and Response).
Create Test data to support Chat BOT Inbound & Outbound chat flow Testing, Created E2E Test Scripts and Visualization reports Using Tableau.
Leverage knowledge in POC and pilot program, Refine Rules, Algorithms and Business processes to enhance product’s functionality and Value.
Involved in performing Functional, Regression Tests, Defect Triage and UAT coordination.
Provide Story Estimates, Create Test Artifacts and Analysis Reports to meet defined exit criteria.
Travel required to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
