Software Engineer Strategic Planning Systems Job

The Software Engineer Strategic Planning Systems will play a key role in supporting corporate strategy, business planning, and performance analysis related to LGL America’s expanding logistics operations.

- Develop mid- to long-term business strategies and operational plans for North American logistics operations
- Support strategic planning and performance analysis related to logistics operations
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and profitability analysis for new business opportunities
- Analyze operational and financial data; manage KPIs and performance metrics
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with internal departments and affiliated companies on strategic projects.

*Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working for global logistics companies, consulting firms, or multinational corporations
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Experience with Computerized Operation Systems (e.g., ERP) or data analytics tools
