Software Engineer Job

Design and build foundational backend services that power Together’s monetization and commerce stack, including billing, payments, entitlements, and usage tracking. Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams to understand requirements and deliver systems aligned with business goals. Own data modeling and schema design for core commerce entities, ensuring correctness, scalability, and long-term flexibility. Define and evolve backend API contracts in close collaboration with client engineers, enabling high-quality customer-facing product experiences. Analyze and improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of existing commerce APIs, databases, and distributed systems. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, documentation, and incident response to uphold a high engineering bar.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
Experience: One year of prior experience in the job offered or in a job involving software development
Skills: C++, Java, Golang, Python, Kubernetes, AWS Athena, CI/CD Workflows, Distributed Systems
