Software Engineer Job

1.Collect and analyze business and user requirements for AlphaPay’s payment processing, merchant service, and related FinTech platforms, and translate these requirements into functional and technical software specifications.
2.Research and evaluate technical solutions and design, develop, and enhance software applications and system components supporting payment transactions, merchant management, reconciliation, reporting, and other business functions.
3.Design data structures, application workflows, APIs, and system integration models to improve the architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability of AlphaPay’s software systems.
4.Plan and design the integration of AlphaPay’s software applications with third-party payment platforms, financial service providers, merchant systems, and other external services.
5.Develop and implement backend services, APIs, databases, and other software components required for secure and reliable payment processing and transaction management.
6.Evaluate existing software architecture and identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
7.Develop, test, and implement software enhancements and new system functionalities in accordance with established technical specifications and business requirements.
8.Perform unit, integration, system, and regression testing to evaluate software functionality, performance, and reliability, and identify and resolve defects prior to production deployment.
9.Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve software errors, transaction-processing issues, API integration failures, and other technical problems affecting AlphaPay’s applications and production systems.
10.Participate in the installation, integration, deployment, upgrade, and ongoing operation of software applications and related system components.
11.Develop and maintain procedures for software deployment, system upgrades, application maintenance, incident resolution, and recovery of business-critical software systems.
12.Apply secure software design and development practices to protect payment information, transaction data, merchant information, and other sensitive data processed through AlphaPay’s systems.
13.Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and other technical professionals to evaluate system requirements and coordinate the development and implementation of integrated software solutions.

Qualifications:
a)Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology; equivalent work experience may be considered.
b)Minimum five years of progressive professional experience in software engineering, software development, system integration, software architecture, or other closely related technical roles.
c)Strong knowledge of software development principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and system design.
d)Experience in designing, developing, integrating, or supporting enterprise-level software applications and scalable technology platforms.
e)Experience with payment processing systems, payment gateway integrations, FinTech platforms, e-commerce systems, or other transaction-based technology platforms is strongly preferred.
f)Familiarity with cloud-based environments, version control systems, software deployment processes, automated testing, and modern software development practices.
f)Ability to manage multiple development tasks, work effectively under deadlines, and provide technical support for business-critical systems when required.
