About the Role:
We are looking for a Product-focused Full-Stack Software Engineer to join Warp in New York City. Warp is an AI-native Employee Management Platform handling HRIS, payroll, IT, benefits, and tax compliance—backed by over $85M from Y Combinator, Sound Ventures, and founders of Dropbox and Replit.
This is a full-stack role where you will build features across the entire product surface, work directly with customers and leadership (CTO/CEO), and ship core workflows and AI agents.
Work Model: In-office (5 days a week at the New York City office).
What You Will Do:
- Build and own product features across Warp's full platform: HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, and Warp AI agents.
- Work across the full stack, including database schema design, backend services, and frontend interfaces.
- Talk directly with customers and the sales team to understand user challenges and turn them into working product features.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and CEO to scale the platform.
What You Need:
- Proven experience building full-stack web applications.
- Strong command of a modern, strongly typed programming language (such as TypeScript, Go, Rust, etc.).
- Experience designing and maintaining reliable backend systems.
- Strong eye for user experience, attention to detail, and high ownership.
- Track record of shipping features that real users rely on.
- Willingness to work on-site from the NYC office 5 days a week.
