Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix functional, deployment, or systemic issues with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Provide critical incident management support during production incidents by analyzing SFCC logs for errors and exceptions, monitoring key performance indicators, and performing general troubleshooting to identify and resolve root causes.
Create custom jobs in SFCC to export data in the formats requested by external systems.
Perform manual data import/export tasks as needed or requested by the business.
Work with external vendors to set up feeds and processes for price and inventory on projects.
Monitor site performance, as well as the status and performance of services and controllers.
Assist in troubleshooting performance issues to identify root causes.
Perform all administrative options, tasks, and interfaces available in Business Manager.
Coordinate SFCC build and release activities in all DTQ (non-production) environments.
Support project teams by updating production custom configurations, data replications, and job and service configurations based on approved change requests.
Work with external teams to triage issues that involve multiple applications, integrations, and third-party services.
Interact with business unit leaders, application users, and IT teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
Assist in testing new changes scheduled for quarterly releases.
Automate test data preparation to support quarterly releases.
Support UAT, QA, and performance tests to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
