Software Engineer II Job

Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications following established architecture standards as well as software development and project management methodologies.
Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting business requirements.
Strong troubleshooting abilities in distributed multi-tier enterprise environment.
Ability to start new code projects from scratch or to fix / debug / update existing projects.
Collaborates well with the business product owners to define the requirements and specifications.
Previous Experience working within an Agile Methodology development organization.
Create automated unit tests for both existing code and new projects.
Responsibility for the overall quality of product from a code and architecture standpoint.
Builds a strong relationship with the development teams to understand the code, its dependencies and the infrastructure on which it runs
Builds and maintain systems that will monitor all aspects of the application and the infrastructure
Helps the development team with deployment strategy and capacity planning across development, QA, staging and production environment
Works with the development team to deploy and manage tools that support SDLC automation, configuration management and release management
Automates and speed up build and release process
Builds tools to rapidly deliver high-quality software
Conducts technical presentations that educate teams on CI/CD/Zero Downtime Deployments
Leads offshore developers on build and deployment automation enhancements
