Position Title: Software Engineer II
Location: 6650 Park of Commerce Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33487
Position Responsibilities: Comprehend and explain client requirements to the production team. Understand requirements and gather techniques in detail. Explain functional requirements to stakeholders in great detail. Analyze possible risks and mitigate those risks before they impact deliverables. Perform the impact analysis and report to respective teams to understand the importance of the incident. Track the incidents status daily. Perform follow-ups with required team to ensure timely completion. Participate in design processes and suggest proper solutions to team members. Review scope of work and suggest the approaches. Make teams understand requirements and demonstrate the areas to cover functional and technical details. Streamline project functions and operations. Improve the efficiency of a certain process within projects. Automate and simplify tasks and eliminate unnecessary steps using modem techniques. Perform health checks for the projects. Develop and monitor resource allocation and project plans for the current workload. Identify training requirements for the team. Prepare the project plan along with resource allocation. Provide estimation for requirements. Conduct daily tracking for incidents. Solve the technical challenges and make team to understand suggested solution. Collaborate with Business Analysts and identify business requirements in the country club industry. Identify and resolve system glitches or technical issues promptly. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of problems. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex system behaviors and implement fixes. Engage with clients to understand their requirements, concerns, and objectives. Collaborate with clients to set up reports and financial metrics tailored to their needs. Provide support and guidance for operational and financial inquiries. Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, fostering strong client relationships.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology or related field PLUS five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a lead software developer (country club industry software). Experience must include: coding and development of country club accounting structure and managing systems; understanding and identifying business requirements of country clubs; software control components; C#; SQL; MVC; Kendo Control; jQuery; JavaScript; Microsoft Tools (Outlook; Teams; Word; Visio; and Visual Studio); database queries and design; report writing; .Net; Web API; and, LINQ. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
