Software Development Project Manager (NOC 21232) Job

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design, coding, reading, testing, and debugging of new software features for the project
• Ensure the development team adheres to best practices in software development, including coding standards and version control.
• Analyze business requirements and technical information to recommend the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
• Plan and coordinate the development and implementation of new features or system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations.
• Oversee the programming and integration of software to predefined specifications.
• Ensure the development team writes, modifies, integrates, and tests software code for the project, focusing on reliability and performance.
• Monitor and modify gameplay features or interactive elements to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Oversee rigorous testing processes to validate software functionality, performance, and security, ensuring high-quality releases.
• Encourage continuous improvement within the development team by promoting the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, enhancing future project delivery.

Wage: $50.00 per hour, 30-35 hours/week

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering,
• 5 years of experience developing and implementing software applications
• Proven experience with a strong focus on JavaScript, C/C , Python
• Experience in planning, executing, and overseeing software development projects.
• Proficiency in building responsive, accessible, and user-friendly user interface
• Experience working on large-scale software projects as an asset
• Should be demonstrate flexibility and be able to perform multiple tasks and work stressful situations
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
