Software Development Engineer
Job description:
Design, develop, and implement software to enhance Fujitsu’s fiber optical communications products. Implement microservices architecture and RESTful API. Ensure code quality through robust unit tests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable software solutions. Create features in Southbound and Transport-API sections of the Virtuora Network Controller (VNC). Ensure that the assigned Stories/Tasks are finished on time and with high quality. Leverage knowledge in the Java language, Sprint boot framework, RESTful API construction, and networking protocols to contribute to various elements depending on project requirements. Work in numerous deployments for different projects, notably VNC and APNC, and contribute to the requirements and design stages of VNC and APNC releases. Engage with other teams to resolve obstacles and to ensure that the timeline is followed. Telecommuting permitted.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
