Software Developer Job

Term: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 30~40 hours/week
Compensation: $46.50 per hour
Benefit: 4% of paid vacation
Location: Suite 211 - 439 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1R4, Canada

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- You are required to have all necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to work on all aspects of software development life cycle of developing, design, write, read, test, and correct code for new software
- Follow development guidelines for documentation and use all internal systems as outlined by supervisor
- Write documentation for new and updated software
- Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system
- Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs
- Write, modify, integrate and test software code
Develop, implement, modify and maintain features that integrate effectively into existing software
- Work collaboratively with other internal teams to maximize project success

Qualification & Skill Requirements:
ƒ8¡5 A university degree or college diploma in computer science or software engineering or related field
ƒ8¡5 Minimum 2 years' related software development experience
ƒ8¡5 Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
ƒ8¡5 Highly motivated, proactive, efficient, reliable, organized, detailed oriented, and passionate for technology
ƒ8¡5 Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
ƒ8¡5 Able to make decisions and exercise good judgment
ƒ8¡5 Ability to contribute to a team environment
