Job Summary
Stardust Motel is seeking a qualified Software Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain software
solutions that support hotel operations. The successful candidate will develop customized applications, automate
operational workflows, integrate third-party hotel systems, and work with management to implement technology
improvements across reservations, guest services, employee administration, and internal operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that support hotel operations and business
processes
- Develop customized software tools to automate administrative, reservation, guest check-in, and
employee-management workflows
- Design and integrate software with third-party booking platforms, property-management systems, and
other external services
- Develop and maintain backend services, application programming interfaces (APIs), and databases for
internal applications
- Implement software solutions for guest identification, automated data entry, booking assistance, and
front-desk operations
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software to improve performance, security, reliability, and usability
- Collaborate with management and operational staff to identify technical requirements and implement
appropriate software solutions
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, source-code records, and
software maintenance procedures
- Provide ongoing application support and participate in software upgrades, system enhancements,
testing, and deployment activities

Employment Requirements

? Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a
related field

? Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant software development experience

? Technical Skills:
- Experience with C++ and Python.
- Basic backend development experience.
- Experience with Linux and Bash command line.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.

? Language: English

? Nice to Have:
- General IT support or systems administration experience.
- Experience with system integration or automation tools.
- Familiarity with networking or hardware systems.
