Software Developer Job

Working closely with software architects and engineers as well as DevOps engineers to understand non- functional requirements of applications and translate conceptual architectures to into infrastructure architectures. Designing and building applications infrastructure and deployment architecture and keep documentation up to date. Configuring, customizing, and upgrading Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. Working with cross-functional teams on many crucial and time-bounded projects. Developing custom web (Internet/ Intranet), and distributed applications. Maintaining backend functionality using Python, TOAD, PLSQL, and JSON also perform database queries and performance tuning. Building custom pages in .Net and integrating in CRM. Developing software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems and preparing flowcharts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and providing solutions. Closely working with managers and business users on determining application features and implementation. Creating and maintaining Data strategy, reference documents/architectures, roadmaps, standards and best practices, and development guidelines for the projects/users. Ensuring strong controls are in place and the company's intellectual property is protected. Developing strong hypotheses, independently solving problems, and sharing insights in a clear and simple way. Working on solving complicated development problems and trouble-shooting production issues. Building Custom pages in .Net, Data Migration using SSIS and Scribe Tool, Building customizations, plug-ins and workflow in Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on the XRM framework. Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. may be required to work at end-client locations, at least once or twice a year based on client’s needs. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum requirements

Education: Must possess Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

Experience: 12 months’ experience in the position offered or a related position.
