Software Developer for tour company in Urban Honolulu, Hawaii metropolitan areas. Will design, develop, and modify software systems, analyzing user needs and ensuring design feasibility within time and cost constraints. Responsibilities include: build responsive UIs using React, Next.js, HTML5, TypeScript, and Swift; develop backend services with Java, PHP, Spring Boot, and manage MySQL and MSSQL databases; customize WordPress themes and plugins, manage server configurations, and improve software performance; coordinate software installations, conduct testing and validation, and ensure system performance standards are met; and oversee project documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions. Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or two years of equivalent experience). Salary from $65,299, depending upon qualifications, plus employee benefit plan. Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or two years of equivalent experience)
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, VIEW 3, and TypeScript to build responsive UIs.
- Familiarity with Quasar, WordPress or other framework (React Native) for cross-platform development.
- Knowledge of PHP for frontend-backend integration.
- Familiarity with cloud services, deployment pipelines, and server performance optimization.
- Proficient in JAVA and RESTful APIs for server-side development and API integration.
- Experience with MySQL and MS SQL for database management.
- Experience with AWS and cPanel for server setup, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Jasper 6.0 to create multiple business PDF forms.
- Experience with agile scrum methodologies to collaboratively develop solutions.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure to manage office equipment (e.g., computers, phones, printers, & networks).
