Location: 100 Metroplex Drive, Suite 100, Edison, NJ 08817
Position Responsibilities: Responsible for maintenance and development for Legacy code. Interact with the support team and clients to collect all the information and then resolve issues either my going through log files or code enhancements. Build and test new build releases for both Linux and windows platforms. Need to create or publish the release notes as well which used by the clients to deploy the new builds. Upgrade the legacy software packages and test their compatibility. Test the applications on both Windows and Linux platforms on a regular basis to check if the logging and behavior is as expected. Create new packages and do code modifications according to the client’s requirement.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, or a related field PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: C; C++; SQL; MATLAB; Simulink; Eclipse RTOS; Assembly Language; Hyper-V; Hyperion, and; experience on both Windows and Linux environment. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required. Required experience and knowledge may be gained prior to, or concurrent with, Master’s degree.
