Job Duties for Software Developer:
Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Gather requirements by setting up a common platform with end-users and using brainstorming, POC, and use cases. Resolve vague or unclear requirements, find consensus among stakeholders, and analyze requirements to avoid gaps in system functionality. Look for technical feasibility and limitations to come up with technical solutions for the requirements. Estimation: Identify potential risks that could hinder the software’s functionality. Collaborate closely with end-users to enhance the software’s capabilities. Automation Development and CI/CD Integration: Automate Processes: Script and Automate processes to render/prepare executive reports. Code Integrations: Manage code merging, ensuring seamless integration from multiple developers. Continuous Delivery/Deployment: Automate the release of tested code to Production(or staging) environments. Release Management: Manage releases, enabling frequent, smaller, and less risky deployments. Cross-functional Collaboration and Execution: Define responsibilities if there are multiple stakeholders for a given functionality. Align everyone on the same metrics. Database & Integration Testing: Develop databases code daily to provide technical solutions to the requirements. Unit testing and integration testing are essential components of this responsibility, as they ensure the proper implementation and correct functionality of the software being developed. Production Support, Quality Governance & Mentorship: Production Support: Ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations, resolving immediate issues, maintaining software. Quality Governance: Provides the why and how for Production software, turning reactive support not proactive quality. Mentorship: Developing individual talent, transferring the software code knowledge, fostering career growth. Use of Objective-C, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Python, Java, HTML, CSS. Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. may be required to work at end-client locations, at least once or twice a year based on client’s needs. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Must posses a Bachelor's degree or equiv. in Electronics Engineering or related field.

Experience: 12 months of experience in the position offered or related position.

Aforementioned 12 months of experience must include the following:

Objective-C, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Python, Java, HTML, CSS.
