Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Job Duties:
As a Software Architect, you will be performing the following job duties:
• Collect and document user, business, and technical requirements, and develop AI powered applications
• Research, evaluate, and synthesize emerging AI/LLM technologies and technical information to develop and integrate AI-powered applications using LLM technologies such as LangChain, AutoGen, or custom fine-tuned models.
• Optimize development workflows through AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Phind, and VSCode AI enhancements.
• Architect, plan and co-ordinate the development, installation, testing, integration of scalable AI solutions, leveraging LLM-based automation, NLP processing, and LLM-powered chatbot development.
• Assess, test, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and maintain applications
• Develop and lead LLM-based development training programs, and mentor and train junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrating AI technologies into enterprise-level products.
Educational & Work Experience:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or mathematics or in another discipline has a core component of computer engineering.
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a software architect in AI driven solutions.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience working with LLM-powered frameworks, including LangChain, AutoGen, or similar AI agent-based tools.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding environments like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Phind.
• Knowledge of NLP and AI automation to improve LLM-based workflows.
• Strong mentorship experience—proven ability to train and guide developers in AI-assisted engineering best practices.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and AI model integrations.
• Hands-on expertise in full-stack development (React, backend APIs, SQL, Docker-based deployments).
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration tools such as GitHub, ServiceNow, VSCode/Vim.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Nice to have: (not mandatory)
• AI/ML certifications or Oracle Certified Java Programmer certification.
• Experience in the Aviation industry
