Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Specialist to build and amplify our online presence. You will take ownership of our social media content, grow engagement, and help strengthen our brand voice. This role reports to the Clinic Manager / Owner and works closely with our aesthetic team to translate treatment experience into compelling social content.
Key Responsibilities
● Developing and executing communication and marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s medical aesthetics services and events.
● Planning, coordinating, and publicizing special events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
● Preparing and editing written material, including press releases, newsletters, brochures, reports, website and social media content.
● Producing educational and publicity materials to raise awareness and interest in the clinic’s services and industry trends.
● Acting as a spokesperson and initiating/maintaining contact with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
● Conducting analytical marketing studies and designing online questionnaires to assess client preferences and campaign effectiveness.
● Implementing and managing online marketing initiatives, e-commerce activities, website promotions, and digital advertising campaigns.
● Maintaining and managing digital databases for client engagement, campaigns, and analytics.
● Training and supervising staff involved in marketing and promotional activities.
● Performing administrative tasks related to program coordination, campaign budgeting, and event reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
● Proven experience (1-2 years) managing social media for a brand, ideally in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics
● Excellent written communication, with ability to write copy that is professional, warm, trustworthy, and aligned with clinical professionalism
● Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and understand clinical content / compliance (accuracy, sensitivity around medical messaging)
● Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines; innovative and proactive
