Position Summary

The Remote Social Media Specialist / Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across multiple social media channels. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to continuously improve results.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company goals.
Create engaging written, graphic, and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and company initiatives.
Assist with influencer outreach and partnership coordination.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, conversions, and audience insights.
Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice and visual identity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
