Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Duties
• Collect and analyze data on social media engagement, audience demographics, and content trends to guide campaign development and improve digital performance.
• Conduct social media–focused market research to understand consumer behavior, platform trends, and competitor activity relevant to LX Hausys product lines.
• Forecast and track key social media metrics using analytics tools to support brand positioning, audience targeting, and content strategy.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns, including paid ads and influencer partnerships, to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement audience feedback tools on social platforms (e.g., polls, surveys, direct messages) to support market insights and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and global teams to align social media messaging with overall marketing goals and product positioning.
• Plan and support digital components of trade shows, promotional events, and product launches to drive engagement and generate leads through social media.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management with insights and recommendations on content strategy, platform focus, and audience development, etc.

Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sociology, Social Welfare, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience Requirement
• Two (2) years of any experience in marketing, social media, or a related role.
