The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, manage daily social media activities, grow our online community, and generate qualified leads for our roofing and exterior home improvement services.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
* Capture and promote roofing projects, before-and-after transformations, customer testimonials, and educational content.
* Design graphics, short-form videos, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
* Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers professionally.
* Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports with recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote seasonal offers, financing options, and community events.
* Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
* Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance for lead generation.
* Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 0-2 years of experience managing business social media accounts.
* Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X platform best practices.
* Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
* Excellent communication, and storytelling skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Experience in construction, roofing, home improvement, or related industries is a plus.

Preferred Skills

* Photography and videography experience.
* Video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
* Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
* Knowledge of local marketing and reputation management.
* Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Job Requirements:
