Social Media Manager Job

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create and curate engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short video), with strong visual and written copy.

Collaborate with graphic design, video, and marketing teams to produce assets.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices; suggest improvements.

Use analytics to track performance, derive insights, and optimize content/schedule/campaigns.

Manage community interaction: respond to comments, messages; moderate discussions.

Plan and execute social ads (budgeting, targeting, performance) if required.

Excellent copywriting & storytelling skills.

Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Insights, Google Analytics).

Ability to multitask, juggle creative & data; strong organizational skills.

Bonus: Video editing/social video production experience; experience with influencer partnerships.
