Xanto.Cash is building a global stablecoin-powered financial operating system designed to make financial services simpler, faster, and more accessible.

Our platform brings together financial products including USD accounts, debit and corporate cards, FX, payments, invoicing, remittances, treasury services, and stablecoin-powered financial infrastructure for consumers and businesses.

We are looking for a creative, highly motivated Social Media Manager Intern who wants hands-on experience building a fintech brand from the ground up.

About the Role

As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will help build and grow the Xanto.Cash social media presence and online community across platforms such as X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and other emerging channels.

You'll have the opportunity to experiment with viral marketing, creator campaigns, community building, referral programs, educational content, memes, short-form video, and growth campaigns designed to attract users and create a recognizable fintech brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how a startup builds an audience from 0 ? 100,000+ followers and users.

What You'll Work On

Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
Create engaging posts, videos, graphics, memes, threads, and short-form content
Build and manage a consistent Xanto.Cash content calendar
Write compelling social copy tailored to different audiences
Identify trending topics in fintech, stablecoins, payments, crypto, banking, and Gen Z finance
Monitor social trends and identify opportunities for viral content
Help develop campaigns targeting consumers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, immigrants, students, and SMBs
Create educational content explaining stablecoins and modern financial services in simple language
Help build Xanto.Cash's online community
Engage with followers, creators, influencers, fintech communities, and relevant accounts
Research influencers and potential brand ambassadors
Assist with ambassador and referral campaigns
Help develop viral growth loops and user-generated-content campaigns
Track social media performance and engagement
Analyze which content generates the most reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
Experiment with new social platforms and growth strategies
Repurpose content across multiple channels
Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and leadership teams

Previous professional experience is not required.

This is an unpaid internship.

College credit is available, subject to your school's internship and academic-credit requirements.
