Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Analyst Intern to help grow awareness of LayoffHub.io and drive traffic through creative, data-driven, and viral social media content.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how content spreads on platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit and wants hands-on experience growing a startup from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Create and schedule engaging social media posts (X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Turn platform analytics and layoff data into viral content
Help grow website traffic to LayoffHub.io through organic social strategies
Research trending topics related to layoffs, jobs, and the economy
Engage with online communities to increase visibility
Track performance metrics (impressions, engagement, clicks)
Suggest growth hacks and content experiments
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in social media growth, virality, or digital marketing
Basic understanding of platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok
Creative mindset with ability to write engaging short-form content
Interest in business, layoffs, workforce trends, or startups
Self-starter who can work independently
Bonus: Experience growing an account or page (personal or school project)
