Position Info:
• Position: Retail Sales Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $44.72-$46.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 34-1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3

Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate retail operations to maintain strong store performance
• Determine merchandise and service offerings and apply pricing and credit policies
• Monitor revenues, approve expenditures, and support budgeting and financial planning
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales
• Analyze market trends to identify consumer demand, potential sales, and competitor impact
• Manage staff by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and offering guidance
• Handle staffing needs, including hiring, training, and employee development
• Source merchandise and negotiate with suppliers to secure inventory for resale
• Improve customer service standards and address customer requests and concerns

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
