Y Charter, a leading premium yacht charter and sales company based in Miami Beach, is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the luxury yacht charter industry, engaging with high-net-worth clients and growing our digital presence across multiple platforms.

As our SMM, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital content across social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (future expansion), and Mailchimp newsletters. You will help build and maintain Y Charter’s online brand image, promote our yacht charters, and engage with our growing audience of luxury travelers.

Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Plan and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms as the company expands.

Create visually compelling content (images, videos, reels, stories) aligned with Y Charter’s luxury brand identity.

Write engaging copy for posts, captions, newsletters, and promotions targeting U.S. and international audiences.

Manage Mailchimp newsletters, including campaign creation, subscriber segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with the team to create marketing campaigns for yacht charters, events, and promotions.

Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Monitor trends in social media, luxury travel, and yacht charter markets to keep content fresh and relevant.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.

Work closely with designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality output.

This is a long-term role, ideal for a candidate who is passionate about social media, luxury travel, and yachts. You will be representing Y Charter to a global audience of discerning clients, so professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail are essential.
