Wages and Benefits
• $36.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills
• Medical and dental benefits available following completion of the probationary period

Requirements
- Post-secondary education in small engine repair, mechanical repair, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A least 3 years of experience repairing and maintaining small engines and construction equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Steel-toed safety boots required
- Driving record and licence validity check

Job Duties
- Inspect and test small engines, motors, and mechanical equipment to diagnose and isolate faults (e.g. generators, compressors, pumps, pressure washers, concrete saws, plate compactors)
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Test and adjust repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and safe operation
- Perform scheduled maintenance service on small engines and construction-related equipment
- Review work orders and discuss repair requirements with supervisors and other personnel
- Document inspections, tests and repairs?
