Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, communicative, innovative, and motivated person to provide site supervision to our jobs done professionally to satisfy our customer onsite. The role of the Site Supervisor is to supervise and co-ordinate the daily activities of installation team, promote company products to other businesses, recommends changes to current installation techniques or procedures, and play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue.
Duties of the Site Supervisor include:
Supervising the installation activities on customer site
Properly demonstrate the features and benefits of the store products to the clients
Prepare reports on installation and recommend new strategies to improve the service.
Resolve problems that arises, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
On-board customers and keep the communication alive
-Bachelor's degree or higher is an asset
-A minimum of 1 years of related working experience in a supervising role is preferred
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-Being proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred
