Job Description:
Kans Exteriors Ltd at 12404 201 St, Maple Ridge, BC is hiring for Siding installer Foremen for full-time and permanent positions.
Duties Would be
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of siding installers in residential, and commercial buildings;
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of siding installers, providing guidance, direction, and motivation.
• Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
• Train or arrange for training of workers
• Ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Order, track, and manage materials and supplies for projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use
Requirement
Education: Minimum education completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 or more years as a siding installer/carpenter is required.
Other Details
Salary $38.50/hr.
Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Location: 12404 201 St, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 4L4. Work will be at various locations across the lower mainland.
