Job Duties:
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
• Install exterior prefabricated products (siding materials) according to manufacturer instructions and building codes, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.
• Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms
• Repair and service exterior prefabricated products (siding) as required, addressing issues such as warping, fading, or damage from weather.
• Determine layout and installation procedures
• Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
• Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Utilize hand and power tools
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job completion
• Perform other duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma.
• Experience:1-2 year of Experience Required.
• Work conditions and physical capabilities: The applicants must be physically fit to carry the heavy work involved at job sites, Handling material manually, Standing, Bending or twisting the body, Making repetitive motions.
