Position Info:

Job Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate all daily restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and kitchen activities, to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Supervise staff across all departments and monitor performance to maintain high standards in food quality and customer service
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, including kitchen staff, to support consistent operational performance
• Develop staff schedules and manage labour allocation based on service demands and business volume
• Monitor kitchen operations, ensure proper food preparation procedures, and implement quality control measures
• Control inventory levels, order food and supplies, and contact with suppliers to maintain adequate stock and cost efficiency
• Analyze revenues and operating costs, including food and labour expenses, to improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, and address customer concerns in a timely manner

Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
