Shipping Team Member Job

The Bug Company, a leader in its industry, is excited to announce the availability of a new position in our shipping team. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to assume the role of Shipping Team Member. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a proactive and organized individual to facilitate our shipping operations and ensure that our products reach our customers promptly and efficiently. It is important to note that this position is based onsite and is not eligible for remote work.

As a Shipping Team Member with The Bug Company, you will be at the heart of our product distribution. This position plays a crucial role in our supply chain process, as you will handle the safety and timely dispatch of our products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, exhibit outstanding organizational skills, and possess the ability to tackle the physical demands of warehouse work.

Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy packages consistently through your shifts.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, able to communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
Packaging/assembly experience is optional - we will train you.
Must be able to work directly with and handle live insects.
