Shipping & Logistics Operations Coordinator Job

Coordinating with transportation providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments; responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels; reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy & correct errors, tracking & tracing all shipments and follow up until delivery at destination; documentation and operational aspects of export, re-export/re-ship foreign to foreign, return cargo, abandoned cargo, and auction cargo; resolving invoices with shipping lines, clients and other vendors; coordinating with port authorities and customs globally; Resolving cargo insurance claims, including coordinating with local/international legal representatives to resolve different shipping related issues.

Minimum requirements
Education: None
Experience: 5 years’ experience in the position offered or a related position.
Aforementioned 5 years’ experience must include the following:
