Shipping and Receiving Supervisor Job

Edge Industrial Supply Inc. located in Slave Lake, AB is now hiring full-time, permanent Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. The person should have some higher secondary education along with a relevant minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.

The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:

Organize tasks to accomplish the work
• Oversee operational logistics of the organization
• Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

We pay a competitive wage of $27.95 to $39.00 per hour as per experience and pay extended dental and medical benefits. We offer excellent and career growth for the management positions within the organization.
