Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of recycled metal materials and finished metal products
• Prepare and process shipping documents including packing lists, waybills, invoices, and customs declarations using computerized systems
• Inspect incoming shipments of scrap metal, machinery parts, and industrial materials for quantity, quality, and damage; document any discrepancies
• Safely pack, label, and document outgoing shipments in compliance with transport and safety regulations specific to heavy and industrial goods
• Load and unload metal goods and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling devices
• Organize, sort, and route recyclable metal goods to designated processing or storage zones within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory logs and update stock levels in the digital warehouse management system
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping and receiving areas to support a safe working environment
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to schedule and prioritize material handling based on processing needs

Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is typically required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in an industrial or recycling environment
