Job Summary
Looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Supervisor to lead daily trucking and logistics operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures loads move on time, staff and drivers are supported, and safety and service standards are consistently met.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Supervise shift operations including dispatch support, driver coordination, and load movements.
Monitor deliveries, track delays, and resolve operational issues quickly.
Ensure compliance with DOT/HOS requirements, safety rules, and company policies.
Assign work priorities, support staff, and maintain smooth yard/warehouse coordination.
Review paperwork, update logs, and report key shift performance results.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met.
Coach drivers and team members to improve productivity and safety performance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (logistics/supply chain education is an asset).
2+ years in trucking, dispatch, or logistics operations; leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of transportation processes, scheduling, and compliance requirements.
Comfortable using TMS/GPS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
