Shift Manager Job

Domino’s Pizza Thunder Bay location is looking for one (1) Shift Managers who can start immediately. Our store location is in Thunderbay, Ontario
Wage:
$20.00 per hour for 30 - 40 hours per week
Discounted Meals and Free Uniform

Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time
Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply. Flexible availability, one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing.

Employment Conditions: Day; Evening; Night; Weekend; Shift; Overtime

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English

Education: Secondary School Graduation Certificate

Experience: 1 - 2 years experience in a food-related industry

Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of customer service representatives, pizza makers and delivery drivers; Make weekly schedules; Maintain minimum stock levels for day to day operations; Order inventory from designated suppliers; Resolve customer complaints; Ensure health and safety regulations as designated by the franchise are followed; Ensure compliance with guidelines of Food Handling permit issued by Health Services; Prepare reports as per franchise; specifications; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

Workers Supervised: Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Work Site Environment: Hot

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods;

Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility
