Shift Manager Job

Domino’s Courtenay branch is looking for One (1) Shift Manager who can start immediately.
Wage:
$22.00 per hour for 30 - 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time
Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply.
Flexible availability, one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing.
The store is open 10:30 AM to Midnight (Sunday to Thursday)
10:30 AM to 1 AM (Friday and Saturday)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages:
English

Education:
Secondary School Graduation Certificate

Experience:
1 - 2 years experience in a food-related industry

Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of customer service representatives, pizza makers and delivery drivers; Make weekly schedules; Maintain minimum stock levels for day to day operations; Order inventory from designated suppliers; Resolve customer complaints; Ensure health and safety regulations as designated by the franchise are followed; Ensure compliance with guidelines of Food Handling permit issued by Health Services; Prepare reports as per franchise; specifications; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
