Servicer, Heavy Equipment

We are looking for a well experienced Servicer, Heavy Equipment for our company Go Auto located at 3750 Idylwyld Drive North Saskatoon, SK S7L 6G3, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on light vehicles (automobiles), trucks, heavy equipment, and RV units, including engine oil changes, lubrication of chassis components, and fluid level inspections in accordance with manufacturer service intervals.
Service and maintain hydraulic systems on heavy equipment and applicable vehicles, including checking, topping up, and replacing hydraulic fluids, and greasing components such as booms, buckets, joints, and linkages.
Replace consumable components including oil, air, and fuel filters, as well as worn mechanical parts such as belts, hoses, and basic exhaust components on light vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment following standardized service procedures.
Inspect, repair, rotate, and balance tires on light vehicles, trucks, and equipment, ensuring proper inflation levels and safe operating conditions.
Install and replace basic mechanical assemblies such as mufflers, shock absorbers, and radiators on light vehicles and trucks, using hand and power tools in a dealership workshop environment.
Conduct visual inspections of light vehicles and equipment to identify leaks, wear, or damage, and report findings to licensed technicians for further diagnosis or repair.
Assist heavy-duty equipment technicians with parts handling, equipment preparation, and basic removal and installation tasks to support efficient workflow in the service department.
Maintain accurate service records for all serviced light vehicles and equipment, document completed maintenance activities, and adhere to workplace safety standards and company service protocols.
May perform other duties as reasonably assigned.

Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 2 years to less than 3 years
Language: English

Hourly Rate: $20 for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
