Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development
Strong expertise in IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi/Informatica, or similar middleware
Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of data mapping, data transformation, and enterprise integrations
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow best practices
Familiarity with ITIL Framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow custom application development
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
Experience with Enterprise Architecture and large-scale ServiceNow implementations
Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
