Proficiency in Discovery and MID Server configuration.
Experience with ITOM Visibility, IRE, and Reconciliation Rules.
Knowledge of Service Mapping and Dependency Mapping.
Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Advanced JavaScript skills, including Script Includes, Glide Ajax, and Business Rules.
Proficiency in Flow Designer and Catalog Development.
Experience with REST APIs and Integration Hub.
Knowledge of Service Graph Connectors.
Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and ETL processes.
Expertise in CMDB Governance and CMDB Health Dashboard.
