Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting ITSM, ITAM, and Change Management initiatives. This role will architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals across District government technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, workflows, data models, and integrations
• Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to development teams
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical designs and solution architecture
• Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform using workflows, forms, UI policies, and catalog items
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and related protocols
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, governance, and security compliance
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and provide knowledge transfer to teams
Required Skills and Certification
• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM
• Experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and workflows
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and enterprise integration methods
• Experience with IT systems roadmap development and system modeling tools such as UML
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills and Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
