Service Technician – Electrical Appliances Job

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepare written estimates of repair costs.
-Plan and organize service routes.
-Refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair and replace parts.
-Diagnose faults using testing devices.
-Repair electrical appliances and components.
-Replace faulty components and adjust equipment for proper functioning.
-Advise customers on work performed and the condition of their equipment.
-Use equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming tools to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.
-Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies.
-Complete work orders, tests, and maintenance reports.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare cost estimates.

Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
