Service Operations Coordinator Job

Coordinate daily service schedules and assist with dispatching service technicians. Maintain service records, work orders, customer files, and operational documentation. Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, scheduling updates, and administrative inquiries. Assist with invoicing support, payment tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping. Prepare routine administrative and operational reports. Maintain inventory records. Support internal office procedures and workflow coordination. Work under the general supervision of the President.
