Service Assistant - Holman Motorcars Fort Lauderdale Job

Holman Motorcars Fort Lauderdale is looking for a Service Assistant to join our team and help deliver a seamless and exceptional service experience to our valued customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Make frequent outbound calls to customers for Service appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and updates.

• Greet service customers warmly and professionally upon arrival

• Schedule and manage pick-up and delivery appointments for service customers

• Monitor repair orders for accuracy, ensuring all details are correct and up to date

• Assist with reservation planning and loaner vehicle coordination

• Produce loaner agreements and check vehicles in/out as needed

• Collaborate with BDC on no-shows, declined services

• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally

• Demonstrate vehicle functions and go above and beyond to enhance the customer experience

What are we looking for?

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements

* We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $21 - $25 USD per hour.
