Service Advisor - Holman Motorcars Fort Lauderdale Job
Holman Motorcars Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman family!
Our Service Advisor is responsible for maintaining clear communication between the service department and our clients, ensuring that clients are informed about the status of their vehicle and any necessary services.
This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage client expectations throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring an efficient and courteous service experience.
· Assess customer needs and determine the appropriate course of action, obtaining approval for recommended services.
· Provide customers with accurate service estimates, including cost and time of completion.
· Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand necessary repairs and maintenance and offer recommendations for additional services when applicable.
· Have knowledge of warranty coverage, service policies, and insurance processes.
· Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, providing updates as needed.
· Schedule appointments and handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
· Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
Qualifications:
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a premium automotive environment.
· High School Diploma and/or equivalent.
· A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
· Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
· Ability to work flexible retail hours.
· Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
