Position Description

Additional responsibilities include:

Provide excellent service to our guests at all times;

Accurately take guest orders and enter into computer system;

Answer guest questions regarding food items, beverages, special promotions, etc.

Ensure that all product served is accounted for on the final bill prior to presentation

Verify guest satisfaction with each table during each course served

Provide service throughout the guests dining experience and anticipate guest needs;

Following the posted opening and closing duties and side work sheet;

Position Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience in a similar position;

Willing to work 5am - 9am including weekends and holidays;

Possess an in depth knowledge of food and preparation;

Ability to multi task;

Ability to relate to all levels of guests and management;

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Must possess a strong team spirit

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
