Duties:
* Perform septic tank pumping, cleaning, and maintenance with precision and attention to detail.
* Inspect septic systems for potential issues and report findings to supervisors or clients.
* Operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments.
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job performed.
* Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
* Communicate effectively with customers to explain services provided and answer questions.
* Assist in the general upkeep of company equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
* Respond promptly to service requests, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.

* Ability to operate heavy machinery and plumbing equipment safely and effectively.
* Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; CDL certification is a plus.
