Drain Mechanics is seeking a dedicated and reliable Septic Pumping Helper to join our Service Team. This role is vital to maintaining the health and safety of our clients’ properties by providing prompt, efficient, and thorough septic pumping services. As an integral part of our team, you will ensure that septic systems are serviced accurately and safely, contributing to the smooth operation of residential and commercial properties.

Duties:

* Perform septic tank pumping, cleaning, and maintenance with precision and attention to detail.
* Inspect septic systems for potential issues and report findings to supervisors or clients.
* Operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments.
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job performed.
* Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
* Communicate effectively with customers to explain services provided and answer questions.
* Assist in the general upkeep of company equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
* Respond promptly to service requests, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in septic system servicing or related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Ability to operate heavy machinery and plumbing equipment safely and effectively.
* Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; CDL certification is a plus.
