Job Requirements:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with
business objectives.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and
trends.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve
search rankings.
Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Content Strategy & Optimization:
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
Perform regular audits of existing content to identify opportunities for
optimization.
Ensuring content aligns with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.
Technical SEO:
Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues like broken links,
crawl errors, and site speed.
Implement structured data (schema markup) to enhance search visibility.
Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in
website architecture and coding.
Competitor Analysis:
Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in search engine
algorithms.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and
conversions.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers,
designers, and marketers, to ensure seamless execution of SEO
initiatives.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a senior
or lead role.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog,
and others.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and
SEO best practices.
Hands-on experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics
and Google Search Console.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
